Development team is obliged to draw village masterplan both infrastructure and new project. All the construction is required to follow the masterplan that the development team had designed and set up.

The education team is playing important to ensure that the community is running well both curriculum and financial support. The team also conducted the education program, Quranic recitation program and also provide scholarship to university students.

Our Members

KCA has 1,544 members, 755 women. 1,146 live in Khpop, 406 elsewhere. Most Phnom Penh members are entrepreneurs or private sector employees, while villagers are farmers and retailers. KCA has 2 PhD candidates, 15 Masters, and 130 Bachelors. 29 studied abroad, 101 locally. In 2022, 50 were university students.
